We utilize logistics services such as UPS, EMS, and VNPost to ship your orders.
Shipping costs will appear and you can choose Worldwide standard services or Worldwide fast service after entering your receiver’s address at the checkout step.
+ Worldwide Standard Service (15-35 days): Free shipping. (Now not avaiable).
+ Worldwide Fast Service (7-15 days): $39 fee.
Handling time: 1-3 days. We often ship your order in 1-3 days depending on your order date as a holiday or business day. If the handling time is more than 03 days, we will send you an information email.
Note: If you use the World-Wide Fast Shipping Service, you have to fulfill your phone number at the checkout step. Normally, we use UPS to ship your order. Because UPS doesn’t accept the P.O. Box address, if your address is P.O. Box, we have to use another logistic company and the shipping time may be longer than 3-7 days.
After we ship your agarwood order, we will send you a confirmation email that includes the tracking number and website to check.
With mass orders, maybe we have to ship more than one time. Because almost all agarwood is wild and harvested from the forest in the middle area of Vietnam, it’s difficult to get a CITES certificate.
All orders can be returned up to 30 days after the delivery date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the product back to the address below or contact us for more details. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned product. Normally, we will issue the refund within 03 business days from the delivery date.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages unless we make an error. Buyers pay for return shipping costs. Refund will be given as money back by PayPal.
Also, we understand customers must open items before determining if they like it; as such we encourage the purchase of our samples before committing to a full set.
As long as the item(s) is in its original packaging, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.
